Returns

Return Process

To request a return, please contact our customer support team at care.love2shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the issue.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
